CvEO is an AI resume builder. You upload the CV you already have, and it extracts the content into a structured profile you can edit, restyle with any template, translate, and tailor to a specific job posting. You can also publish it as a public profile page with its own link.

No. The free trial lasts 7 days, needs no card, and includes 10 AI credits and 1 CV. Downloading and translating are available during the trial. When it ends your data stays; only the AI features stop until you choose a plan.

Start hereWhat file formats can I upload?
PDF, DOCX and DOC. The text is extracted and mapped into structured fields, so a CV built in Word keeps its content even though it loses the original layout — which is the point, since the layout is what applicant tracking systems usually fail to read.
What does ATS-friendly actually mean?
An applicant tracking system parses your CV into a database before a person ever sees it. Multi-column layouts, text inside images, tables and headers routinely come out scrambled or empty. An ATS-friendly CV uses a single column, real text, and standard section names, so the parser reads what you wrote.
How do I know if my current CV passes an ATS?
Run it through the free ATS checker — no account required. It reports what a parser can and cannot read in your file, and which of the job's keywords are missing.
Should I put keywords in white text to trick the filter?
No. Every serious ATS strips formatting before matching, so hidden text is read as normal text, and recruiters who spot it discard the application. Put the keywords in real achievements instead.
What does optimizing for a job actually change?
You paste the job posting, and CvEO rewrites your summary and experience bullets to lead with the requirements that posting emphasises, using its vocabulary where it is true of you. Your facts are not invented or altered — the emphasis and wording are.
How many CVs should I keep?
One source CV, plus a tailored version per job you actually apply to. CvEO keeps the source and the derived versions linked, so correcting a date once fixes it everywhere.
Which languages can my CV be translated into?
The translation covers the languages the interface supports, including English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Chinese. Job titles and qualifications are adapted to local conventions rather than translated word for word.
Is my CV data private?
Yes. A CV is private to your account by default. A public profile is published only when you create one, and you choose which fields it shows — birthdate and other personal details stay hidden unless you enable them.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can delete individual CVs at any time, and deleting your account removes your profile and CVs. See the Security & Privacy page for what is kept and for how long.
What happens when the free trial ends?
The AI features stop and your CVs remain, readable and downloadable under the trial's terms. Nothing is charged automatically — the trial does not convert into a paid plan on its own.
